To sum up the sight-seeing tour, there are a number of interesting old houses with beautiful balconies and terraces to be seen in the mediaeval-style old quarter of the town through which run seven kilometers of winding cobbled alleys with steps and vaulted passages.
Down the middle of these alleys is a narrow irrigation channel directing the heavy winter rainfall to drain away down to the valley without causing any damage to the homes. Horses and carriages also used these alleyways.
